BACC RESERVATION POLICIES

Racquetball Court Reservation Policy:

Racquetball courts may be reserved for a maximum of 1 hour per two people playing. If there is no one else scheduled to play at the end of your scheduled time, you may continue playing until someone reserves the court.

Cardiovascular Equipment Reservations:

In an effort to allow everyone the opportunity to use the treadmills and elliptical trainers, the BACC requires that patrons reserve a time slot for these machines. Reservation sheets are posted on the wall in front of machine in the weight room. Please observe the policies below when reserving the equipment.

1. Each piece of equipment has a maximum time limit. You may only reserve the equipment for the time limit that is stated on the sheet. Time limits range from 30 to 45 minutes. If no one has signed up after you, you may continue to use the machine.

2. Reservation sheets are posted every morning at opening. Reservations cannot be made days or weeks in advance. Also, you must be present to sign up for the machine you would like to use. The front desk personnel will not take phone reservations.

3. If someone has reserved the piece of equipment but is 5 minutes late, the reservation is void. Someone else may now reserve and use the equipment during this time.
